Nutrition and Food borne illnesses:
Nutritious food is a rudimentary essential of life, and failure to attain adequate calories, macronutrients and micronutrients can result in illness and death, the threat of constricting foodborne illness is contingent upon many factors. In the industrialized countries, the risk is increased by type of food consumed; cross-contamination of foods beforehand consumption; amplified consumption of raw products, such as fruits and vegetables.
