Biography
Patricia Richter completed her PhD from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School jointly. She is the Chief of Global Noncommunicable Disease Branch at CDC. She is board certified in toxicology and medical laboratory science and has more than 60 publications in peer-reviewed journals and authoritative reports.
